The Carbon structural steel S355 is better than steel S235 and S275 in yield strength, tensile strength and other properties.
The carbon content of S355 hot-rolled carbon structural steel (melting analysis) is generally not more than 0.20%, the total content of alloying elements is generally not more than 2.5%, the yield strength is not less than 295MPa, with good impact toughness and welding properties.
S355 hot rolled carbon structural steel is used in bridges, ships, building structures, cranes and transport machinery, engineering machinery, wind power tower steel structures and other engineering and welded structural members that are subject to high loads.
